To get to Alliance Occupational Health, 440 New Britain Ave. in Plainville:

From Waterbury: Take I-84 East to Exit 34 (Crooked Street). Left off exit onto Crooked Street. At second light, take right onto Route 372 (New Britain Avenue). Alliance Occupational Health will be approximately ¼ mile on the right.

From Hartford: Take I-84 West to Exit 33 (Route 72). Take Route 72 West to Exit 2 (Corbin Avenue). Left off exit onto Corbin Avenue. Turn left at second light onto New Britain Avenue. Alliance Occupational Health will be approximately ¾ mile on the right.

From the South: Take Route 9 North to Exit 28A (Route 72 West; left two lanes to exit). Follow 72 West to Exit 2 (Corbin Avenue). Right off exit onto Corbin Avenue. Turn left at light onto New Britain Avenue. Alliance Occupational Health will be approximately ¾ mile on the right.

To get to The Hospital of Central Connecticut’s New Britain campus at 100 Grand St.:

From Route 9: Exit 28 to Route 72 West. Take Exit 7 (Corbin Avenue) and turn left. Follow the blue hospital signs (left onto Hart Street, straight, then left onto Linwood Street). Up the hill, take second right onto Grand Street. Garage entrance on right.

From I-84: Exit 35 to Route 72 East. Take Exit 7 (Corbin Avenue) and turn right. Follow the blue hospital signs (left onto Hart Street, straight, then left onto Linwood Street). Up the hill, take second right onto Grand Street. Garage entrance on right.

To get to The Hospital of Central Connecticut’s Southington campus at 81 Meriden Ave.:

From Hartford: I-84 West to Exit 32 (Queen Street). Take right at ramp. Follow south on Route 10 to Route 120 (Meriden Avenue). Hospital on left.

From Meriden/New Haven: Route 691 West to Exit 4. Take right at ramp. Turn right at first light onto Route 120 (Meriden Avenue). Follow to hospital.

From Waterbury: I-84 East to Exit 30 (Marion Avenue). Turn right at ramp. Follow straight to Route 10 and follow "H" signs. Right onto Route 120 (Meriden Avenue). Follow to hospital.
